2. Services Overview

       Jobbic provides a digital platform that allows users to: Search for companies based on sector and specific criteria. Access a list of companies holding licences for sponsorships. Manage and use credits to perform searches and access premium features. We do not guarantee that the information available through our Services is complete, error-free, or up-to-date, though we take reasonable steps to verify data from licensed sources.

3. Credits and Payments

3.1 Purchasing Credits

      Our Services are accessed via credits purchased using credit or debit cards. By purchasing credits, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge your payment method.

3.2 Non-Refundable Nature

      All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide cash refunds, exchanges, or credit for unused or partially used credits.

3.3 Credit Usage

       Credits are consumed each time you use a Service that requires them. We may provide updates to credit consumption rates, which will be communicated before implementation. Unused credits remain in your account and can be used for future Services unless your account is terminated.

3.4 Pricing and Taxes

4. User Conduct

8.3 Effect of Termination

      Upon termination, your rights to access the Services and credits cease immediately. Termination does not affect our rights to pursue claims or liabilities incurred prior to termination.
